I know a lot of people dislike Rhonda, but I think she's really funny and stylish, and even though she can be snobby it's not like she's any meaner than Helga or some of the other characters, kwim? Especially since in this same episode it shows she's insecure because she feels like all her worth comes from being the "rich girl".

I think the last new show I saw at that time was The Wild Thornberrys! (Until around 2005 when we got cable again but the others were already pretty much off air.)
